What we are

Feinh is a property listing platform. We are not a party to any sale or lease, and we do not hold deposits or payments for homes. Agreements are between you and the owner, landlord, developer or agent.

Listings and prices

We check listings as described on How we check, but details can change and mistakes can happen. Prices, payment plans and instalments are indicative until confirmed in a signed contract. Sample listings are illustrations, not offers.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information, list only homes you own or are authorised to market, and do not misuse the site, its data or other people's contact details.

Agents and owners

Agents and owners are responsible for their listings and conduct. Owner listings are also covered by the owner listing terms. Owner listing terms

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Egyptian consumer protection law.
