What does it cost?
Joining is free for founding agents during our launch. If we introduce paid plans later, we will tell you well in advance, and your profile stays free.
Do I need to be registered to join?
No. If you have a number from the real estate brokers registry (Ministerial Decision 578 of 2025), add it and we will show the Registered broker badge once we confirm it. If you don't have one yet, you can still join.
I work alone, not at an agency. Can I join?
Yes. Independent brokers are welcome. Many of the best agents in Egypt work for themselves.
Who owns the clients?
You do. Enquiries about your listings and valuation requests that name you go only to you.
Why do you check every listing?
Because buyers are tired of homes that don't exist and prices that change on the phone. Checked listings get more serious enquiries, and that is better for you.
