Owner listing terms

Version 2026-10. These terms apply when you list a property you own with Feinh.

Listing is free during our launch. No fee is charged. The fee sections below apply only if we introduce a fee, and only after you agree to it in writing.

1. What the fee covers

The monthly fee pays for marketing your property on Feinh: the listing check, your listing page with photos and map, appearing in search and on the map, and passing every enquiry to you or to the agent handling it. It is a marketing fee, not a sales commission.

2. When billing starts

Nothing is charged when you submit. Our team first checks the property, its price and your authority to list it. Billing starts on the day your listing goes live.

3. Full months, every month

You are billed monthly from the day the listing goes live, at the start of each month of listing. Each month is charged in full, including the first and the last, even if the property is listed for only part of that month. Partial months are not refunded or prorated.

4. Until you tell us it's off the market

Your listing stays live, and the fee continues every month, until you tell us the property is sold, rented or no longer available. To stop, message us on WhatsApp (+20 109 144 6050) or reply to any invoice. We take the listing down, confirm in writing, and no further months are charged. The month already started is still due.

5. Invoices and payment

We send an invoice at the start of each month of listing, payable within 7 days by the methods shown on the invoice. If an invoice is unpaid, we may pause the listing until it is settled.

6. Changes to the fee

If we change the fee, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your listing. You can end the listing before then at no extra cost beyond the current month.

7. Your responsibilities

You confirm you own the property or are authorised to market it, and that the details and photos you give are accurate. Tell us promptly if the price or availability changes; the listing comes down until we check it again.

8. When we remove a listing

We may remove a listing that fails our check or breaks these terms. If we remove it for reasons that are not yours, no further months are charged.
