Privacy policy

Last updated 22 October 2026. This policy explains how Feinh handles personal data, in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020).

What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, mobile or WhatsApp number, email, and what you tell us about the home you want, own or list.
• Property details and photos you submit as an owner or agent.
• Your approximate location, only when you tap Near me, used for that search and never stored.
• Voice searches are turned into text by your browser's speech service. We receive only the text.
• Basic technical data such as your browser type and pages viewed, to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, connect you with the agent or owner you contacted, arrange valuations you ask for, check and publish listings, send invoices where a fee applies, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only with the people you choose: the agent or owner of a home you enquire about, or the agents you pick for a valuation, up to three. We never pass your details to agents you did not choose. We use service providers to host the site and send messages, under contract and only for these purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and leads are kept for up to 24 months after your last contact, and invoices for as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent to being contacted, at any time. Message us on WhatsApp (+20 109 144 6050) and we will reply within 7 days.
